The Panasonic HDX900 DVCPRO HD camcorder features 720P/1080i multi-format recording in 11 HD formats, producing content for use worldwide for any kind of production. The reliable, broadcast standard DVCPRO HD codec offers recording at 100Mbps and 4:2:2 color space sampling using Intra-frame compression to handle highly detailed and fast moving subject matter and flexibility in post-production color-correction.
The three native HD 2/3” imagers deliver superb HD imagery and great low light sensitivity of F10 at 2,000 lux. New 14-bit digital conversion for outstanding image quality, FIlmlike gamma curves, Dynamic Range Stretching (DRS) for higher dynamic range and latitude combine with 24P and 30P frame rates for a filmic image.
User scene files via an SD card, multiple color matrices, zone controllable, pre-recording and time lapse functions, 4-channel 48Hz audio, lightweight 10lb. body,
all make for flexibility and convenience on location.
Video outputs include Fire Wire for easy capture, HD SDI, downconverted SDI and composite NTSC in letterbox or anamorphic formats for monitoring flexibility.
